Examiner (Early Career Teacher) - GCE A Level Politics - Fully Remote

A high level of subject knowledge is necessary in order to apply the mark scheme. Each examiner will receive an agreed allocation of scripts.\n\nResponsibilities\nTo mark accurately and consistently to ensure overall standards are maintained\n\nTo submit samples to your Team Leader at designated times\n\nTo ensure milestones for marking are adhered to\n\nTo ensure all administration is completed as specified\n\nExperience/qualifications needed \n You will have a degree or equivalent\n\n You will be a qualified teacher\n\n You will be in your NQT year of teaching GCE A Level Politics.\n\nCompetencies required\n\nYou will have the ability to work well under pressure\n\nYou will have the ability to meet deadlines\n\nYou will have a high level of subject knowledge in order to apply the mark scheme\n\nAdditional information\n\nThe marking period is between May - July.\n\nThe training required to mark as an examiner will take place between May and June.\n\nAbout Pearson\n\nWelcome to Pearson, the world's leading learning company.
